In memory of Mick Michell
The RBL are the UK's leading charity providing financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served and are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their dependents.

Story

Mick Michell sadly passed away on 21 January 2025, surrounded by his family.

Throughout his life, Mick supported the Royal British Legion. This was inspired by his parents support to the Legion and the work it does for veterans. Both served in the Second World War, his Mother as an Officer in the Queen Alexandra's Royal Nursing Corps, his Father as a SNCO in the Royal Marines. In addition, Edward's continued service as an Officer in the British Army was a great source of pride for him. The Legion supports the soldiers which Edward commands through thick and thin.

In memory of him, rather than sending flowers, please consider donating to the Royal British Legion in order that they can keep up the good work which Mick so passionately supported.

Thank you.

Jenny, Jessica and Edward
