Micks sister, Jackie was diagnosed with cancer 18 months ago and given a year to live. Thankfully she managed an extra 6 months and we said goodbye to her on Monday 13th May. Longfield Hospice took an active part in caring for her at home over her last couple of months and were always there with a smile and warm words even in her darkest hours.

Thanks so much to them and we hope you can make a donation however big or small. Adam and I are running an ultra marathon (Only 33 miles this time) on 15th June in her memory .
