Today, I've embarked on the most significant and challenging journey in my fitness journey.

Over the past few years, I've faced personal challenges and witnessed cancer affecting my family and friends.

With zero prior experience, I've made the decision to register for Hyrox Glasgow 2024. My goal is to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and improve my own physical and mental well-being.

The next four months won't be easy, but this push is a personal test and an opportunity to contribute to a charity that's close to my heart.
