We are walking to raise money for The Duchess of Kent House, part of the Sue Ryder charity, in memory of John.

John was a loving and devoted father and husband, as well as a caring and trusted friend to many. He touched our lives through his leadership and his kind and caring nature. We all benefited greatly from having him in our lives.

Sadly, John was taken from us in February 2026. His final few weeks were spent at the Duchess of Kent house, where the incredible staff ensured that he was comfortable and well cared for. They also provided invaluable support to his friends and family in so many different ways.

As a small way of saying thank you for everything the staff at the Duchess of Kent House did for John and for us, we would like to raise money for this very worthy cause.
