Hi, The Midlife Mavericks will be taking on the Coniston Challenge 2024 to support Alder Hey Children's Charity.
As a team of 6 this involves:
- 10km (803m) trek up Old Man of Coniston
- 17km mountain bike trail through Grizedale Forest
- 3km Kayak across Coniston Waters
