I'm Running the Mersey Tunnel 10K for Mind – Support My Journey!

This year, I’m taking on the Mersey Tunnel 10K for the second time, but this time, I’m running for a cause that means a lot to me—Mind.

Mental health is something that has personally impacted my life. In the past, I’ve faced my own struggles, and services like Mind were there to support me when I needed them most. Now, I want to give back and help ensure that others get the same support I did.
