Story
Hi everyone!
Next month (May 16th), some friends and I are taking on an incredible challenge: climbing Mount Toubkal in Morocco, the highest peak in North Africa, standing at a staggering 4,167 meters. To put it into perspective, it's approximately three times higher than Ben Nevis, the tallest mountain in the UK!
We're doing this to raise funds for Place2Be, a fantastic charity that provides mental health support to children in schools. Their work is crucial in helping young people navigate the challenges they face and ensuring they have the support they need to thrive.
The climb will be tough, but knowing that we're helping such an important cause will keep us motivated. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference and help Place2Be continue their vital work.
Thank you for your support!
Mike
Place2Be: One in five children and young people now have a diagnosable mental health issue. That’s six children in every classroom with a condition like depression or anxiety.
Place2Be is the UK's leading school-based mental health charity, providing support to children, families and school-based staff when they need it most.
Please help me support Place2Be’s vital work, and together we can make a real difference to children's mental health and ensure that children don’t have to face mental health problems alone.
