Mike was a proud "Black Country" man who made Cornwall his home for over fifty years—a cheeky, straight-talker who had no time for "fluff" but a huge heart for his family, his garden, and his dogs.

For the last three years, Mike received dialysis at West Cornwall Hospital. He never complained and formed a genuine bond with the staff there, who were truly wonderful to him. In lieu of flowers, we invite those who knew Mike to pay tribute to his life by supporting the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity (specifically the West Cornwall Renal Unit).

Supporting the hospital that provided him such excellent care is a practical way to honor the man he was.
