Story

Hi All

Most of you already know that I took on the huge challenge of running the London Marathon in 2024 to raise money for The National Autistic Society. This is a charity that is very close to mine and my family’s hearts.

Woody our youngest child, was diagnosed with ASD with severe learning disabilities, when he was 3 years old. He is a loving little boy, who is always happy and smiling. He is non verbal and has limited communication but he has a huge personality and loves life!

The National Autism Society, has helped and continues to help us, navigate a different way of life both for Woody and us as a family unit.

The support we have received and continue to receive from various ASD professionals and different organisations has been amazing and has helped our understanding and learning journey with Woody.

Therefore as Woody approaches 6 years old, I have set myself yet another HUGE challenge of running the Chicago Marathon in October 2025 (yes one wasn’t enough).

I will be raising money for the wonderful National Autism Society once again!

All donations raised will go directly to the charity as I am funding all expenses.

Please donate what you can as every donation makes a BIG difference and gives ME the encouragement to keep on going!

Thank you all :)
