I am raising money for The Separated Child Foundation, a UK-based charity that offers practical, emotional and social support to lone refugee children, and engages in activities to raise awareness of their needs. Separated children experience the double trauma of separation, not only from their homelands and culture but also from the adults in their family who gave them care. When they arrive here it is often at the end of a long and traumatic journey. By supporting my fundraiser you will really make a difference to children's lives.
