In January I am taking part in the Montane Winter Spine MRT Challenge North. This is a solo unsupported challenge and I will be attempting to complete the 160 miles from Hardraw (Yorkshire) to Kirk Yetholm (Scottish borders) within the 108 hour time-limit.

I am a volunteer with Longtown Mountain Rescue Team and am raising funds to help the team continue it's life-saving work in wild and remote places of South Wales and Herefordshire.
