I was devastated to be told I had prostate cancer early December 2022. I had no prostate symptoms, but had been suffering with an intermittent sore back for over a year and put it down to playing too much golf! Sadly this was not the case. I am now being treated with a monthly hormonal injection which will slow down any progress of the disease.

I was aware of Friends of Anchor from my fiancé Fiona taking part in Courage on the Catwalk and knew how much support and encouragement she was given and this motivated me to get involved on the catwalk for Brave.

Hopefully I will be able to give something back to Friends of Anchor by raising funds to support their cause in making life easier for those who are suffering from the many types of cancer.
