I’ve signed up for Road to Glory Season 15 – 10 weeks of training before stepping into the ring for Fight Night at MECA Swindon on Saturday 14th November. 🥊

And believe me, I’m starting from scratch!

At 55, I’m learning how to move, punch, defend myself and somehow remember all of that while someone is trying to punch me back. 😂

But underneath the laughs, aching muscles and questionable life choices, there’s a serious reason for doing it.

I’m raising money for Best Mates #wegotya, a charity I got to know through my good friend Jeff Tucker.

Hearing Jeff talk about his own story, the charity and the difference it makes to people and families when life gets incredibly tough made it an easy choice. Jeff and I had already talked about me doing something to support Best Mates, so Road to Glory seemed like the perfect opportunity.
