On Sunday 7 April, I'll be taking part in London Landmarks with #Team Place2Be.

This is a charity that is very close to my heart. A place at school that our youngest has used and continues to use in times when she feels sometimes overwhelmed, confused and anxious. Whilst we waited for her to be assessed and subsequently diagnosed with autism, suffering with extreme anxiety and OCD this became a safe place away from home, where she could decompress and take some time out and talk about her worries and concerns.

Place2Be is the UK's leading school-based mental health charity, providing support to children, families and school-based staff when they need it most.

One in five children and young people now have a diagnosable mental health problem, and many more struggle with challenges from bullying to bereavement. Place2Be believe every child should have easy access to mental health support. Whenever they need it.
