I'm raising money for Andy's Man Club in memory of Alban Milroy who died by suicide in April 2025.

Alban and I worked together at the University of Cambridge for about 10 years. He was dedicated to his work and was very proud of his family, husband to Jacqui and father to Josh and Noah. He was a good man, and missed by many.

I've decided to try and do a 10k as I've struggle to come to terms with his death and have had several injuries that has stopped me from running. So now seems the time to get back to running while raising some money for a charity that helps other men with their mental health struggles.
