In a fit of stupidity to celebrate the momentous achievement of receiving my bus pass (a Lancashire one not the Merseyside version for younger people.....) I have rooted out my running shoes. I am running the Liverpool half marathon on Sunday 23 March. I last did this just after lock down in 2021 (as in the photo).

I am raising funds for St Helens' "best kept secret" - the Saints Community Department Foundation. The Foundation, apart from rugby activities, provides vital projects to help veterans, food banks, dementia cafe, schools mental health programmes amongst many others.
