Story

Hi Folks

Having tried a road bike/swimming competitively for the first time in May this year, I've decided to do a full Ironman Triathlon in the middle east on the 3rd November, and raising funds for Momentum(please read description below).

Due to the recent events unfolding in the Middle East with the event being cancelled, i've resorted to doing a DIY Ironman in London on the 28th October, having planned my own route.

The race itself is a 3.8KM Swim, 180km bike, followed by a Marathon (42km).

I appreciate your donations and generosity, and will make sure to break that extra sweat, in the name of charity.

About the Charity Momentum

We support children with cancer and life-challenging conditions, and their families, helping them to cope more easily whatever the outcome. Working across London, Surrey and Sussex, we partner with ten local hospitals who refer families to us following their child’s diagnosis

In the last year we supported 430 families through their child's serious illness diagnosis and treatment, or those who had sadly experienced a bereavement. .

About the charity

Momentum Children's Charity supports families across Surrey, Sussex and London whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition. Our goal is to ensure that no-one has to cope alone.
