Romillly's charity helps street children in Africa. Since 2007 it has done so by supporting Friends of Street Children (FSC) in Kitwe, Zambia. FSC cares for homeless children, re-integrating them with mainstream education and whatever remains of their families. James Forshall, one of Romilly's trustees, said after a visit to FSC earlier this year, 'I was deeply impressed by how happy the children at the FSC refuges were, and by the quality of the care given to them by staff working in difficult circumstances. FSC is saving young lives.'

As for me (!), after a year of injuries (broken rib, fractured heel), I am now just running with arthritic knees and a damaged hamstring. Looking good!
