Andy Payne, our dad, brother and uncle, was recently diagnosed with early-onset dementia following a harrowing few months in hospital. His decline has been rapid and devastating for all of us.

We are taking part in the Trek London 26-mile walk to raise as much as we can to support the research that's needed to help find a cure for this terrible condition.
