A few years ago me and my friend Tom attempted and completed the 4 x 4 x 48 David Goggins challenge, to raise money for this wonderful charity in memory of my Nan, Claire Overy.

I have decided this year I will be taking on the 3 Peak Challenge with some of my greatest friends: David Moult, Ben Febery-watts and Abbie Haynes.

The challenge involves climbing the 3 largest mountains in the United Kingdom: Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Mount Snowdon (Wales) all in the space of 24 hours. This will be a very gruelling challenge but we are all willing and dedicated to this amazing cause.
