Cotswold Way Challenge 2023 · 24 June 2023 to 25 June 2023 ·

We provide free of charge to the marginalised and vulnerable people in Stroud around 360 cooked meals a week. Marah guests receive support as needed to contact their health services, including mental health services. We assist with travel costs to Hospital, Probation and Court attendances etc..

Story

On 24th June we're running the Cotswold Way Ultra to raise money for Marah Trust. The 100km loop starts and finishes in Cirencester and involves 2,254 metres of ascent.

Marah reach out to people in need, providing support in a non-judgmental, welcoming framework, working with people on the margins of society. Three days a week they offer a drop-in, providing free nutritious hot meals alongside a place where adults can meet and talk together and with Marah staff and volunteers, in a relaxed, supportive environment.

We're delighted to get behind their vision within the Stroud community; it's a privilege to be able to lace up our running shoes as our own small act of support. Any donations are hugely appreciated :)

Also, a big thank you to BAM Clothing who have donated us some kit for the challenge!
