On the 24th of May 2023, we lost our friend, a son and a brother, Myles Vaughan after his final battle with cancer, but boy did he battle!

Myles meant the world to us all, and if you met Myles, he’d have meant the world to you too. So in aid of his memory, 6 of us have (perhaps stupidly) decided to compete in the absolute hellish challenge that is known as HYROX on the 27th of October in Birmingham, with all funds being raised for the incredible work that MacMillan do.

For those who don’t know what ‘HYROX’ is:

It’s 8 stations of hell, 125Kg Sled pushes, 100 Wall Balls, and the most horrid exercise known to man & woman: Burpees. Oh and it’s combined with a 1Km run at Every. Single. Station.

Anything, (literally anything!) you can give to help get us over that finish line and celebrate Myles Memory would mean the world to us all and Myles’ family.
