On 14th June 2026, five members and friends of ‘Miles and Mates’ are running the St Albans Half Marathon to raise money for Open Door St Albans.

The Open Door St Albans Charity is a community response to rough sleeping in the St Albans area.

For over 30 years, the Charity has worked in partnership with other local organisations, providing funding and volunteers to improve the life chances of those finding themselves homeless or vulnerable.

In all their activities, they work to ensure everyone, no matter their story, is treated supportively, with kindness and without judgement.
