Mind is a charity helping people to access mental health advice and support. 1 in 4 of us experience a mental health problem of some kind in any given year, and with the added pressures that Covid-19 and the cost of living have brought, this figure continues to rise each year.

Only 25% of people receive support for mental health problems. 50% of people wait more than 3 months for therapy.
