Most of us are fortunate enough not to have to wonder ‘Where will I sleep tonight?’, ‘Will I be safe?’, ‘Will I be warm enough?’, ‘Will I have enough to eat?’ each passing moment of the day. The list of questions, dangers and worries is endless.

Armed only with a sleeping bag and cardboard sheet, I will be taking part in the Big Sleep Out, spending a night outside in a public car park this Saturday (rain forecasted!) enabling me to get a glimpse into the harsh reality of homelessness. It may just be a small act, but I hope that with your help, I will be able to raise vital funds for those facing life on the streets, as everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
