Story

In April 2027, I'll be taking on the huge challenge of running the 10th Anniversary London Landmarks Half Marathon for Bliss, a charity that provides vital support to families with babies who are born premature or sick.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Many of you will know that my twin boys, Reggie and Charlie, were born prematurely and spent five weeks in NICU. Charlie's journey was especially difficult, as he suffered a collapsed lung and a hole in his lung, requiring around-the-clock care in high dependency.

It was incredibly hard not spending his first night in the same hospital as him, and I wasn't able to hold him until he was five days old. We didn't get to see his beautiful face without tubes and wires until he was four weeks old.

As parents, it was one of the most challenging and emotional experiences we've ever faced. Having been through it ourselves, we know just how important organisations like Bliss are. The support, information and reassurance they provide to families during such difficult times is truly invaluable.

That's why I'm proud to be running in support of Bliss and helping them continue the amazing work they do for families who find themselves on a neonatal journey.

Thank you so much for your support. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Bliss continue providing vital care and support to families facing some of the toughest moments of their lives. It really will make a difference.
