I am currently on week 4 of committing to running and have decided to set the goal of running 5k for mind by the end of next month.

Mind are a charity that supported me during my mental health crisis during and post domestic abuse in 2020 and provide a large amount of the mental health support in the local area. It is thanks to them I am suicide prevention trained and mental health first aid trained but above all else that I am here today to facilitate that to begin with.

I am running this for all of the people like myself who still have waves of poor mental health and win, but also for those like my dad who did not and lost his battle to suicide in 2017. Depression is a killer and we need to raise not just awareness but funds to help fight it.

At the very least you’ll get some awful content of me attempting a 5k which if you’ve known me for a while is incredibly comical so if you can donate some pennies I will be greatly appreciative. Stay safe x
