Sarah and I are taking part in the Walk 100K in July challenge to support families facing dementia……Believe me this will be a challenge for us as we are not the fittest but we are determined to do it because we know at first hand how much families need help and support.

As many of you will know Sarah’s lovely mum passed away a few years ago having sadly lived with dementia for some time. Now this evil ugly disease has reared its ugly head and now her beloved dad is living with Alzheimer’s.

For those who have first hand experience of this horrible disease will know the devastating impact it has on both the person living with it and their loved ones.
