My name is Millie, on the 25th August I will be flying to Peru to take part in a 6 day trek ending in Machu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the world.

I’ve chosen to step out of my comfort zone to do this as it’s for a great cause. In the months leading up to my trip, I will be raising money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

Meningitis Research Foundation supports research, advocacy and action that helps to defeat meningitis and septicaemia. These Are serious and life threatening illnesses, there are around 2.5million cases of meningitis worldwide per year.
