Story
I’m taking on 16 days of intense, hour-long workouts— labelled among the hardest workout routines in the world, to raise money for The Pankhurst Trust, which incorporates Manchester Women’s Aid.
This charity has been a lifeline for me personally, helping me rebuild my confidence, teaching me how to process a difficult and life-changing incident, that happened earlier this year. The Pankhurst Trust provides essential support to women and children affected by sexual violence and domestic violence, offering refuge, advocacy, and emotional care.
Each year, from 25 November - 10 December, the 16 Days of Activism campaign calls for action against one of the world's most persistent violations of human rights – violence against women. VAWG remains a critical issue, and now, more than ever, we need to raise awareness and ensure survivors have access to the support they deserve.
By donating, you're not only supporting me through this physical challenge and emotional challenge but also directly contributing to the vital services The Pankhurst Trust provides. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference. Please donate if you can, and help spread the word about this important cause.
