Roly & Katy Take on the London Marathon 2026

Four years ago, we started May Family million4macmillan with one goal — to raise as much as we possibly could for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Since then, as a family and with the support of so many incredible people, we’ve taken on events, challenges, fundraisers, raffles, and everything in between.

And together… we’ve raised an unbelievable £38,029.

But we’re not finished yet.

In April 2026, Roly and Katy are stepping right outside our comfort zone and taking on the London Marathon 2026 for Macmillan.

For Roly, this is starting from scratch — overweight, never run before, learning to train from January with one goal in mind: crossing that finish line on The Mall.

For Katy, it’s about pushing through the miles together and showing what determination — and a lot of stubbornness — can achieve.

This isn’t about chasing times.

It’s about commitment.

It’s about gratitude.

It’s about doing something hard for a cause that matters deeply to us.

Macmillan supports families when they need it most — physically, emotionally, and financially. They are there during the hardest conversations and the longest nights.
