On Saturday 23rd September 2023, members of the Millstream Productions team will be dressing up in their neon running gear and glowsticks to run the 5K Dash in the Dark on Southampton Common.

We're raising money for the incredible Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance that saves lives every day. The charity brings an advanced critical care team to people in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight when they need it most.

We've had the pleasure of interviewing some of their patients who wouldn't be here today without the highly skilled crews of doctors, paramedics and pilots, and their stories are truly remarkable.

It currently costs in excess of £15,000 a day to maintain the life saving service and the charity relies on donations to operate. We want to do our part in helping raise these vital funds and although we can't help with saving lives, we can certainly put our legs to good use.
