I'm proud to be joining Team Alzheimers Research UK in July 2026 at the Race to the Stones. I'll be running the 100km route from Lewknor to Avebury along the historic Ridgeway path, aiming to complete it in under 15 hours.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to train for and participate in this challenge, all in aid of ARUK - the UK's leading dementia research charity. ARUK does remarkable work searching for a cure for this heartbreaking disease. They are revolutionising how we treat, diagnose, and prevent dementia.

Your support will go directly to ARUK, helping them continue their fight until every person is free from the heartbreak of dementia. I have set a target of £550 to help make a difference.
