Omega is a registered charity dedicated to reducing social isolation and loneliness. We offer Chatterbox, a free telephone befriending service and Letterbox, a free penpal befriending service. Omega helps hundreds of lonely people throughout the UK by carefully matching them to trained and supported volunteer befrienders. You can help someone who has no-one by donating whatever you can spare to Omega. Our work is coordinated by a small team, and just a little of your money goes a long way.
