Mind in Motion – A Night Run for Mental Health Awareness
We are a group of university students passionate about raising awareness and support for mental health, which is why we’ve chosen to fundraise for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). Mental health challenges affect so many young people, and CALM is at the forefront of providing life-saving support and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
To support this incredible cause, we are hosting Mind in Motion – a 5km night run where participants can come together, get active, and show their support for mental well-being. Alongside the run, we’ll be holding a raffle and a ‘guess how many sweets are in the jar’ game to boost our fundraising efforts.
Every donation, big or small, will go directly to CALM to help them continue their vital work in providing free, confidential helplines, community support, and resources for those in crisis.
Join us in making a difference—donate today and help us put mental health in motion!

We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
£12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
