Following the success of the Mini Marathon in 2024 the children of St George's Catholic Primary School are taking part in the TCS Mini London Marathon 2025!

They will be completing 2.6 miles across two school days on the 6th and 8th May. They can run, jog or walk to take part!

This year the children will be raising funds towards the purchase of new books for our library and classrooms. These books will help the children learn more, explore new topics and enjoy their reading.

Please sponsor the children here to support them in their marathon effort and help raise much needed funding for our school community. Every donation helps us give our pupils better resources for their education.

About the Friends of St George’s:

We are an active group whose primary function is to raise funds and promote social activities for our community.

To advance the education of the pupils in the school by developing more extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school, keeping Family, Faith, Education and Excellence at the centre of what we do.

By engaging in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it and by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities at the school.
