I'm Adem and Minnie is my dog - a little dog with BIG dreams (and ears!), one of them being to raise money for the Children's Big Build at the Lister Hospital.

The aim of The Big Build is to raise £2million to turn a new, purpose-built facility at Lister Hospital into a magical, state-of-the-art children's unit. Our NHS trust has £11million to construct the two-storey building, which will include 20 inpatient beds, 14 consulting rooms and clinical assessment and care units.

Your support will create a centre designed around children, where families feel supported, staff feel valued and young patients receive the very best possible experience of care. Sustainable, digitally enabled design will ensure the centre remains adaptable and future-ready.

So how will Minnie be helping? Together, me and Minnie will be undertaking a number of fundraising activities, and hopefully bringing some smiles to the people we meet along the way.
