Mission Demi Rose Varty Memorial Run/Walk/Hike (In aid of the Great North Air Ambulance Service)

On Saturday 16 August 2025 we will be setting off from Flimby to Whinlatter - a total of 18 miles, followed by a charity fundraising evening at the social club in Maryport (details to follow) in memory of our beloved Demi Rose.

We are raising funds for a cause that is close to our hearts - The Great North Air Ambulance

The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) brings pioneering pre-hospital care to the scene, rescuing hundreds of severely injured or ill patients every year and they are not NHS funded.

GNAAS operates three helicopter air ambulances across the North-East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria and during 2024 received 2083 call-outs.

Every single donation will help to support this fantastic community service.
