On 18 May 2025 our team of runners will be completing the Great Manchester 10k to raise funds for the Prevent Breast Cancer Charity, based at Wythenshawe hospital in Manchester.

Prevent Breast Cancer is the only UK charity entirely dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer, committed to freeing the world from the disease altogether. Unlike many cancer charities, they are focused on preventing, rather than curing. Promoting early diagnosis, screening and lifestyle changes, they believe they can stop the problem before it starts. Being situated at the only breast cancer prevention centre in the UK, they are right at the front-line in the fight against the disease.
