I'm joining #ChallengeforPANSPANDAS with a few friends to walk, run, hike, swim, skate, climb and wheelchair 1km for every family supported by PANS PANDAS UK! That's 7000km total, which I'll be documenting each day, along with my PANS struggles as and when they happen.
