We’re on a mission to save lives. We’re doing this by placing a mental health lead at every rugby club around the world & providing them with a toolkit of free resources designed to support the wellbeing of players, coaches & fans. Join the movement, & together we can #TackleTheStigma.

Story

Having grown up playing/talking/living rugby, my journey from a youth player to Men's Rugby has enabled me to play and meet a large variety of people surrounding the game. As I've matured, I’ve become increasingly aware of how closely rugby and men’s mental health are interlinked. From head impact injuries that can lead to long-term health implications, to the camaraderie of a rugby team that lifts people out of loneliness and dark times by giving them purpose and a sense of family, rugby’s impact on men’s mental health is undeniable.

I’ve seen friends and family experience both the challenges and the benefits of rugby which is why I want to give back to the game that I have been a part of for over a decade, and support people across the rugby community on a wider scale.
