This year, our team will be participating in the Tamarack Race Weekend 5K, fundraising in support of the Distress Centre of Ottawa and Region (DCOR). DCOR is one of many organizations providing critical support to vulnerable Canadians and those navigating mental health challenges.

Since 1969, DCOR has offered 24/7, non-judgmental crisis support by phone to individuals in the Ottawa region. Last year alone, trained volunteers responded to more than 61,000 calls from members of the community.
