Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge · 22 September 2024 ·

A key fundraising event, our 16-mile Leicestershire 3 Peaks sees supporters walk or run our unique route to raise funds to provide essential items for people in hardship or crisis on 22/9/24 CL team members also take part to make a difference.

Story

Leicester Charity Link believe that all local people deserve a decent standard of living, with a right to adequate food, shelter and the means to keep warm, clean and rested – no matter what difficulty they may be facing. They do this by finding funding to provide the essential items that everyone deserves.

Here at Mark J Rees LLP we are incredibly passionate about helping our local community and believe in Leicester Charity Link's vision. We have decided to put together a team of 10 people to complete the Leicestershire 3 peaks challenge which consists of walking (or running) up Bardon Hill (Leicestershire’s highest point), Old John in Bradgate and Beacon Hill to raise funds. This equates to 16miles and contains a lot of elevation with the peak of Bardon Hill being 912ft.

Leicester Charity Link can’t do this without the vital support of their donors. Every single penny goes to help local people and children in need.
