We are really passionate about girls rugby and want to help support it. They have been instrumental in supporting MK and we would like to give back to allow them to continue to support others in the same way.

The Junior Girls section at Milton Keynes RUFC will be doing a fitness challenge throughout January 2025 using the recommended programme from Bucks County.
