In October 2026, Mark and I will be taking on the Forth Bridge Abseil to raise money for Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland.

We’re doing this in memory of my mum, who we sadly lost in 2023 following a heart attack. She had lived with heart disease for many years and underwent multiple heart operations throughout her life. Losing her has changed our family forever, and taking on this challenge feels like a meaningful way to honour her memory while supporting others affected by chest, heart and stroke conditions.

Every penny raised will help Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland continue supporting the 1 in 5 people in Scotland living with chest, heart and stroke conditions, as well as Long Covid, through their Community Healthcare Support Service.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, would mean the world to us and will help the charity continue its incredible work.
