On Friday 30th October, I will be running a marathon on the track at Newport Stadium, which has been facilitated for me by Newport Live. To make it a little more difficult, I will be running with an egg and spoon the whole way round. To complete this challenge I will need to complete 105.5 laps.

I am doing this challenge as part of Cineworld’s support for BBC Children in Need. During the time that we have been involved with this charity I have been lucky enough to see the positive impact that the money raised has on the lives of children and young adults and I passionately believe that the work they do is important and a force for good.

BBC Children in Need believes every child deserves the chance to thrive. Across the UK, they fund vital projects in local communities that support children facing poverty, mental health struggles, grief and other challenges. Too many children are facing impossible challenges alone.
