Egg-stra support for Severn Hospice!

At Moba, we are passionate about supporting our local charities and communities. That's why we are proud to be taking part in the Dragon Boat Festival to raise money for Severn Hospice, a local charity that provides amazing care for those who need it while also providing support to families during hard times.

Severn Hospice's mission is simple but powerful. Their mission is to provide the highest standards of specialist palliative and specialist end-of-life care through a range of hospice services, ‘here and at home’, that recognise the individual and their preferences.

What many people don't realise is that Severn Hospice is an individual charity, meaning they must raise majority of their funding themselves to continue providing these vital services free of charge. For every £3 they spend, they must raise £2. Every donation, fundraising event and act of support makes a genuine difference to local families when they need it most. Just £4,668 could help fund four weeks of a nurse's specialist care!

That's why our team will be swapping keyboards and spanners for oars and taking to the water in this years race. While we will be competing fiercely, the real victory will be helping Severn Hospice continue its incredible work in our community.
