Modern Joinery Editor George’s son, Jude, was born with a duplex kidney, a condition requiring careful monitoring and, in some cases, surgery.

In November 2024, Jude underwent a successful operation under Evelina London’s expert team.

In January 2025, Evelina London became Modern Joinery's Charity of the Year, aiming to raise £10,000 through exciting fundraisers, the pinnacle of which being the St Thomas’ Abseil in September.

Modern Joinery joins an ever-growing group of people who are inspired by Evelina London Children’s Hospital’s care and are passionate about supporting it.
