Story
Salam,
This year, we have undertaken a truly unique yet exhilarating initiative – the construction of a mosque in Indonesia.
The planned mosque is intended for an isolated Indonesian Island known as Siberut, inhabited by the Mentawai tribe. Presently, there are 100 Muslims in the area, with ongoing efforts to spread dawah to the remaining 400+ residents.
The construction of this mosque would have a profoundly positive impact on the village and neighboring tribes, amplifying the outreach of our dawah mission. Our ambitious goal is to raise £27,000 to complete the construction, ensuring the community has a dedicated space for prayer, ablution, and the opportunity to delve deeper into the teachings of our beautiful religion.
