Mohammed Feroz Ali - a husband, a father, a kind and charitable soul who quietly and actively served his community and helped people in so many ways to please Allah. He is beloved to all. After dealing with a sudden diagnosis of cancer in February 2024, he was returned to Allah (SWT) on 15 March 2024 after Fajr salah. He was surrounded by his loved ones during his last moments, and left the world in the most peaceful way that Allah permitted.

We ask Allah during this time to raise him to the highest level of paradise, forgive him of his sins, and to keep his family patient during this difficult period.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said that “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuing charity), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him” [Muslim]

The Prophet (ﷺ) also said, ‘Whoever constructs a masjid for Allah, Allah will construct a house for him in Paradise’. (Bukhari)

A masjid/mosque is at the heart of any local Muslim community. It provides a place for its worshippers to pray and contemplate as well as being a hub for educational programmes. The role of the masjid/mosque is to help people learn more about Islam and to nurture their moral and spiritual development.

In the name of Mohammed Feroz Ali, his family wish to build a mosque via Muslim Hands in rural Bangladesh to serve members of the community.

By building a masjid/mosque, Mohammed will not only earn the reward of providing a community with a house of Allah, but the Sadaqah Jariyah will continue giving benefit for generations to come in sha’ Allah.

The goal to reach is £7,500. We would therefore kindly request that you make any donation to help his family reach this goal.
